Received on Dec. 16th: a letter from Brother Smith and a candid photo shot of Eagle missionaries.

Brother and Sister Nelson & Brother and Sister Szendre,

I'm forwarding a picture of two fine young missionaries serving diligently in the Eagle 4th Ward here.  Tonight our Stake had a Christmas concert and I snuck a picture of them sitting in the chapel listening to the beautiful music being presented.

Elder Nelson has a very special spirit about him.  We're glad to have him here. 

Elder Szendre (Nelson's trainer) is doing a great job. 

We haven't had any investigators in our ward for quite some time.  But since these two came in, we've had a couple with a third getting ready to come.  Its really exciting.

They are working hard and obeying all the mission rules.  I hope my son is doing the same on his mission.

Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.  Thank you for sending your sons to us.
